The playing field in Apocalypse consists of six reels and four rows. To achieve a winning combination during a spin, players need to land at least three identical symbols on adjacent reels. The counting begins from the leftmost reel. There is a total of 4,096 ways to form winning combinations on the grid.
During gameplay, players will encounter the following symbols which can form winning combinations:
- Various objects depicted as black-and-gray drawings: crossbow, gas mask, first aid kit, fuel canister, food can;
- Bandits dressed in post-apocalyptic gear: Creator, Triplet, Cutter, Licker, Crawer.
Bonus Game and Special Symbols
The developers have added three special symbols to the Apocalypse slot:
- Scatter — depicted as three gas masks, activates bonus games;
- xNudge Wild — an expanded Wild that interacts with other symbols, appears only on reels 2, 3, 4, and 5;
- Super xNudge Wild — appears only on reels 3 and 4, initially occupies one cell, and functions as a regular Wild.
The slot features two functions associated with Wild symbols. When an xNudge Wild appears and does not fully occupy the reel, it begins nudging either upward or downward until it does. With each shift, its winning multiplier increases by one.
If, during a spin, Super xNudge Wild symbols land on the 3rd and 4th reels in the same row, they merge into a single image. Subsequently, if this combined symbol is not positioned on the lowest row, it starts expanding downward. With each shift, its winning multiplier doubles, and it moves upward, covering both reels. The maximum multiplier value is x8.
During a spin, if three Scatter symbols appear on the reels, the Carnage Spins bonus game is triggered. This takes place on a 6×6 grid, where each cell functions as a reel. Initially, the player is awarded three free spins, with only the four middle rows active; the top and bottom rows remain concealed.
The machine then spins, and during these spins, various items may land on the cells, each carrying a specific payout: x1, x5, x10, x20, or x40. Every time a new symbol appears on the reels, the free spins count resets to three. All symbols that land are locked in place and stay on the screen until the bonus game concludes.
Once the free spins are exhausted, the next stage of the bonus begins. During this phase, the machine performs five additional spins, but only the top and bottom reels are active. These reels may contain empty cells or character symbols, each applying a unique function to the items on the reels as they appear.
- Creator — places an item with a random payout into an empty cell;
- Triplet — doubles the winnings of three randomly selected symbols and may also place an image in an empty cell;
- Cutter — doubles the payout of a single randomly chosen symbol;
- Licker — accumulates the highest-valued win from a symbol on the field and adds it to the total score;
- Crawer — collects winnings from all items on the reels, sums them, and adds the total to the overall score.
All character symbols disappear prior to the next spin. Additionally, if a reel becomes completely filled with item images, the player receives one extra spin during the second stage of the bonus.
During regular spins, if four Scatter symbols land on the reels, the Doomsday Spins bonus is triggered. This differs from Carnage Spins in that, on the second stage, the machine grants ten free spins.
When five Scatter symbols appear on the field, the Cataclysm Spins bonus is activated. It differs from Doomsday Spins in that character symbols become locked in place. Before each subsequent spin, they shift one cell to the right, each time losing their unique functions. Upon reaching the rightmost cell, they disappear before the next spin.
After the second stage of free spins concludes in the bonus game, all winnings from the collected items are summed and credited to the player’s balance.
To avoid waiting for the bonus to trigger during spins, it can be purchased directly through bets:

- For Doomsday Spins x500 bets are required;
