- Stuka: At least one aircraft appears on the screen, flying along a random diagonal and doubling the symbols beneath it. Up to seven aircraft may appear in a single spin.
- Panzer: Between 2 and 5 Panzer symbols appear on the field. Thereupon, all low-paying symbols in those rows, except for Foot Soldiers, transform into Wilds. Should such a symbol already be present in the row, its winning multiplier is increased by +1.
- Howitzer: During this feature, between 1 and 7 random symbols, excluding Commando, are converted into Wilds.
D-Day offers three types of the bonus game:
- Neptune Spins: This bonus is triggered upon landing three Scatter symbols on the reels, awarding eight free spins. Prior to the commencement of these spins, the player may select any two features, each of which is guaranteed to activate at least once during the free spins.
