Review of Deadwood R.I.P Slot
Deadwood R.I.P by Nolimit City launched in 2024. It is a sequel to the popular Deadwood xNudge slot. The developers tweaked the gameplay but kept the expanded Wilds with multipliers.
Players can aim for huge wins during spins. The max win reaches 100000x the bet. RTP varies by casino, ranging from 92.03% to 96.09%.
Volatility is high. Wins are infrequent but can be substantial when they occur.
Features
The game grid has five reels with varying symbols per reel. The first reel holds three symbols, reels 2, 3, and 4 hold four each, and the fifth reel can have one or two.
Wins are awarded across 384 lines. Players win by landing at least three matching symbols starting from the left reel.
Possible symbols include:
- Low-paying card symbols: ten, jack, queen, king, and ace.
- High-paying Gunslinger symbols featuring Wild West characters.
Bonus Game and Special Symbols
The fifth reel has special traits:
- A symbol covering the entire reel counts as two.
- No low-paying symbols appear on this reel.
- Only specific symbols appear depending on the bonus type.
Special symbols in Deadwood R.I.P include:
- xNudge Wilds—appear on the three middle reels. If not covering the whole reel, they shift and increase multipliers by one per shift.
- Various Scatters: Diamondback Scatter, RIP Scatter, Hog Me Tight Scatter trigger bonuses and features.
- Revolver reel activates the Quick Draw feature.
- Sheriff star triggers the Shootout function.
The slot also incorporates extra features:
- xSplit Wilds activate when two Diamondback Scatters land. They transform symbols into Reel Splits Wilds, doubling the symbols on their reel to boost wins. The Hog Me Tight Scatter on the fifth reel splits symbols in the central rows.
- Quick Draw feature triggers when the revolver reel appears. It shoots, doubling the multipliers of random symbols, with 3 to 6 shots per spin.
- Shootout activates with two sheriff stars. During the spin, all low-paying symbols on the three center reels act as Wilds.
- xRIP means no payout if a spin’s win is less than the chosen bet.
There are two types of bonus games. The first is Redemption Spins which activates with three Diamondback Scatters. Players get five free spins with multipliers from xNudge Wilds preserved and growing. Wins multiply by the current multiplier. Three RIP symbols grant five additional free spins.
The second bonus, called Salvation Spins which includes six free spins. The fifth reel always contains Hog Me Tight Scatter. Multipliers from xNudge Wilds accumulate throughout the bonus.
Players can buy bonuses manually:
- Redemption Spins cost x80 bets.
- Salvation Spins cost x1500 bets.
- For x364 bets, a random bonus triggers with an 80% chance for Redemption Spins and 20% for Salvation Spins.
- For x790 bets, a random bonus triggers with a 50% chance.
Deadwood R.I.P offers two xBet betting options:
- The first costs x2.5 per spin, guaranteeing a Scatter on the second reel.
- The second raises the stake to x15, ensuring Scatters appear on reels 2 and 3.
